Purchase information
The purchase is binding when you have placed the order and paid. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the purchase once the purchase has been completed and paid for. It is also not possible to exchange the goods once the purchase has been completed. It is always possible to return / regret the goods when you have received them as long as this happens within 14 days. According to Norwegian law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Ordering
When ordering, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
Shipping and delivery '
We deliver all the packages with Bring, and it takes approx. 3-6 days before the package arrives to you, depending on where you live. We send out packages every day! All packages are sent from Norway, so there is no customs.
Package collection
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address when placing the order. It is not possible to change the address when the purchase is complete, the package is most likely already on its way to you.
Remember to pick up the package within 14 days, otherwise the package will be sent back!
If you regret the package, pick it up and return it to us. The customer must pay for shipping upon return.

By shopping at Lutch Home you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We protect your personal privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We will never sell or disclose your information to third parties without legal basis.
